Ticket Orders

The e-ticket system is now live! Each student graduating is guaranteed two (2) guest tickets each. The deadline to reserve your tickets is March 31.

You can book your tickets through the Box Office website: acadiau.universitytickets.com. Tickets must be booked by the student who is graduating and need to be booked using their Acadia email address.

Please note, graduating students do not themselves require a ticket to their convocation, but guests (family and friends) do. 

Please ensure you select the correct ceremony when booking your tickets:

Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Theology

• Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 10 a.m.  

Faculty of Pure and Applied Science

• Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 2:30 p.m.  

Faculty of Professional Studies (Fred C. Manning School of Business, Department of Community Development, School of Education, School of Kinesiology, School of Music)  

• Friday, May 16, 2025, at 10 a.m.  

The week of April 1, we will be releasing the remaining available tickets for each ceremony. Stay tuned for booking details towards the end of this month.

A live stream will also be available to view online in real-time, and the ceremony will be uploaded to the convocation website after convocation takes place.

Order your Regalia

Every graduand wears a traditional academic mortarboard cap, gown, hood, and tassel. The rental price is $52.00 plus tax. Online ordering is available now through the GradCo website. The deadline to place your order is April 21, 2025*.

Gowns and hoods must be returned at the end of your graduation ceremony to the Athletics Complex, but the cap and tassel are yours to keep.

*If you miss the order deadline you will need to go to the Hall of Fame Room in the Athletics Complex no earlier than two (2) hours prior to the start of your ceremony and place an order. The fee for on-site orders is $57.00 + tax, payable at the time of ordering and collection.
