The Baccalaureate Service is an optional religious service and a longtime tradition at Acadia University. This time of worship recognizes that graduands have a greater calling beyond themselves. The University equips its students to make a contribution to society, to be prepared to give an extra effort to the betterment of humanity. The Baccalaureate Service reminds the graduating class of this honourable responsibility.
