Convocation is on the horizon, and we’re excited to celebrate this milestone with you this fall. This email is your road map to what’s coming next, with key dates, actions, and where to find answers along the way.

Guest tickets
Each graduand is guaranteed two (2) guest tickets for their convocation ceremony.

Ticket booking through the Acadia Box Office is now open

Tickets must be booked by you, using your Acadia email address

The deadline to reserve your guaranteed tickets is September 30
Beginning Thursday, October 1, any remaining tickets will be released on a first-come, first-served basis with a maximum of 4 additional tickets per graduate.
Regalia (cap and gown)

All graduands wear traditional academic regalia

Online ordering through GradCo is now open

Orders are due September 30

If you miss the deadline, you will still be able to get a cap and gown on the day of the ceremony but will pay a slightly higher price.
Accessibility
We have plenty of accessible seating in University Hall, but we recommend you arrive early so we’re able to ensure we can meet your needs.
